Pitched Tuner FAQs
Can I use Pitched Tuner for violin, ukulele or voice?
Yes. Choose a built-in instrument tuning where available, or use chromatic mode to see the nearest note you play or sing. The user guide also explains the pitch chart for following a held note.
Can I tune to a reference pitch other than A = 440 Hz?
Yes. Change Tuning Pitch in Preferences. You can also set instrument transposition for non-concert-pitch instruments; see the transposition guide.
What should I do if the tuner picks up background noise?
Move to a quieter position and play one note at a time. Adjust Volume Sensitivity in Preferences; higher sensitivity can help with quiet instruments, while a lower setting can reduce unwanted background pickup.
